Pros

Guaranteed work with Microsoft, solid benefits, people are nice, opportunity to get a foot in the door of consulting

Cons

Standard practice of hiring inexpensive, less experienced employees, who are generally right out of school. This means lower pay across the board. Recent growth has also meant that many "managers" are under-supported, under-paid, and under-staffed.

- People are nice - Learn about different Microsoft software

Cons

- Terrible pay - Unfullfiling work - Management has no interest in finding new clients, they only want to work with Microsoft which makes projects repetitive, boring and burnout happens very fast.

You’re going to learn a lot here and experience a lot of personal growth. As a consultant, you wear many hats. You may be creating a new app one day or putting together an event for 100+ people.

Cons

Sometimes you might get assigned a project you don’t really like, but take on the challenge and use it as a learning opportunity.
