      Great people, interesting work, varied projects.

      Cons

      Frequent re-orgs and layoffs, jostling people around between projects, subpar benefits and pay, lack of promotions, untrustworthy management.

      -Opportunity to work on cutting edge robotics technology -Coworkers are hardworking, intelligent, and passionate about their work. Invigorating work environment. -Great work/life balance. Coworkers are respectful of boundaries for not working after hours. Hybrid work environment allows flexibility in being able to have a balance of coming into the office and working from home -Ownership of Neya by ARA yields a small-company feel while still having the financial backing of a big company -401K plan, dental, vision, health insurance all available -Received severance payment after being laid off from employment

      -PTO accumulation is slow for those who have just started at the company. New employees accumulate 1.4 days of PTO per month, which equates to around 17 days of PTO per year. This is the lowest amount of PTO I've seen in an offer from a tech company.
