Pros

None. The only thing I would say is it is the BRAND has potential but it is completely crushed by the owner/CEO.

Cons

Everything.....the owner/CEO to begin with. He's 1 of the worst people to not only work for but be around as well. Doesn't respect his employees, makes sexist comments, self-absorbed and is an outright mean individual. The brand is supposed to represent "empowering women" but the company culture is the worst I've ever experienced.

We appreciate you taking the time to review our company. We are sorry you didn’t enjoy your time at Nfinity. Collectively, we try to be aspirational leaders who are gracious and provide our customers a high level of customer experience. We will continue to create a product that speaks for itself as we will also continue to provide opportunities to those who exemplify our core values. Since the date of your review, a lot has changed and we think it’s for the better. It is unfortunate that your tenure at Nfinity was not as positive as we would have hoped for but hopefully your subsequent roles have been more to your liking! Human Resources

Pros

The people - the other employee,s were the only thing that kept me sane.

Cons

First of all, LOL at these "positive" reviews - FYI, the CEO of the company had one of the employees sit down and write all these, none of them are actually true or real (notice they're all written on the same day). Second, this place is incredibly toxic and it all starts at the top with Tate Chalk. The company culture is AWFUL, the place is run like a dictatorship and there is absolutely no creative freedom, or freedom of any kind. You aren't even allowed to leave for lunch! During my time I saw people cry on a daily basis as well as suffer from legit mental health issues - yes, it's THAT bad. It's one of those things that you can't explain until you work there and trust me, you do NOT want to work there.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I’m sorry that you had a negative experience; not every company is the best fit for every person. We will have to disagree that our people are not able to leave the office for lunch. Like other creative environments, we start work later in the day than is typical and so do not have a “lunch hour”. That being said, we enjoy lunches off site, on site, collectively and individually. We try to offer as much creative freedom as possible to our team members, but we do require adherence to branding guidelines. We are sorry that this was not your experience. We hope you found a position better suited to your talents and working style. Human Resources

Pros

Summer hours are Mon-Thurs. Good hearted people that work there, unfortunately being taken advantage of by management

Cons

Extremely high turn over, unrealistic expectations, low-pay, messed up procedures that you will undoubtedly be blamed for and stressed out employees. During hiring process you will be told to take a ridiculous & useless online test and be categorized. You will be told the brand mantra over & over and it will start to feel like a cult environment. Health Benefits are worthless, if you think you will get a raise you will be disappointed. Positive Reviews are Absolutely FAKE!!! The HR manager quit and they had a difficult time recruiting sales people, so they set out to post BS reviews.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your tenure here at Nfinity. We are working hard to better our processes and policies. To address some of your comments: It is correct that we ask all potential employees to take an online assessment. This assessment gives us valuable insight into a potential hire’s work style and helps us better support, train and manage our employees. We, like many other world-class brands, do have a brand mantra or Core Values as we call them. They are the essence of our brand and we expect our team members to take them to heart. We are a company of 35-40 people and we try to provide the best health benefits for our employees despite being a small organization. Again, we thank you for your feedback and we will use it to try and improve the experience for our current employees. We wish you all the successful in your future endeavors. Human Resources
