      Cons

      product uses smoke and mirrors to hide shortcomings. Middle management have been promoted from original employees which means they often lack basic management skills and resort to bullying

      · Busy and challenging environment where you really learn every day. · Very bright people on the team. · Salary above market rate in UK. · Direct manager is awesome.

      Cons

      · Support not broken by region, as most companies do. After 2PM is the busiest time as it is morning in the US and the team in RTP is considerably undersized. · Slow feedback on consults or escalations. A lot of times you feel alone while working complex issues.

      Great people in the EMEA team, the best in the business to learn from , very supportive nurturing culture. Fun environment

      Cons

      not many, more autonomy from the US would always be a good thing as they do tend to micro manage
