Good place to learn as a beginner, lot of flexibility is given . Coworkers tend to be supportive .Salary is given on time

Cons

Management does not care about their employees , HR could be more responsive to requests . Office infrastructure is very poor. No canteen present. Most of the upper management do not have any idea what they're doing. Only interested in cost cutting

Worked for the company for a year, without any warning- they let go of me, didn't clear my dues, didn't give my last month's salary. Very dicey situation, not at all reliable.
