A specific manager pushes employees to leave, often asking about salary and creating difficult situations for others. Team lead is biased and favors people from his own university. Hard work goes unrecognized if the team lead doesn’t like you. Favoritism matters more than effort. Some employees give reviews about others without even working with them.
On top of that, the work-life balance is terrible - 6 working days per week, with many government holidays not given (around 6 national holidays and 14 religious holidays are cut). Employees only get a total of 15 days of casual and sick leave per year.
Management is unprofessional, and the overall environment is completely toxic.
