      Pros

      Have been able to get involved in high level conversations about the business. Leadership are open about the direction of the business. Co-workers are friendly, fantastic to work with and very knowledgeable about everything Fintech. Lots of social events being planned. Great for recognising achievements and celebrating wins.

      Cons

      We are outgrowing our office space and only have one meeting room but there are already plans to move to a bigger space which will improve this dramatically.

      Pros

      Nium fosters a culture of high freedom and high accountability, which is what matters to me most in any career endeavour. Those onboarded into Nium have the opportunity to carve out a niche role for themselves; where bravery and innovation are rewarded - provided the outcome best serves the customer.

      Cons

      Nium is a global company, and the team is very interconnected. This means that sometimes early morning and late night meetings are a must. However, the onus is on the individual to manage their diary accordingly and to request for to be recorded when the timing is simply too tricky. Communication is key!
