      Worst Company You Could Ever Imagine!!

      Pros

      1. Management is so good that they have asked all the employees to give 5 stars in Glassdoor. 2. Good for Freshers to learn when you have no other options left. 3. New CEO seems Promising.

      Cons

      1. No Women Safety 2. Keeping Women Work till 11pm in the night and providing No Cab Facilities. 3. Very Manipulative Management. Always finding ways to take Advantage or Exploit Employees. 4. Un Professional Employees, You feel like you are working in a Govt. school. 5. More Love Stories in office than Projects. 6. Management Pets can do whatever they want. 7. No value for the Hardworking Employee. 8. Company is for only Social Media. Doesn't add any Value in real life.

      The only good thing about this company is good colleagues around.

      Cons

      1. No professional ethics in workspace 2. No appreciation for hardworking employees. 3. Terrible handling of freshers in company. No training and proper orientation is given and they expect them to learn on their own. 4. They make you wait till 11pm and no facilities will be given. You are to manage it somehow. 5. Very manipulative CTO. Doesn't value your existence and no good appreciation even after late-night work. Terrible management. 6. Seniors don't help the newbies around and put in extreme pressure on new joinees.

      Its location which could help the local talents looking for jobs

      Cons

      It considers to be a great startup and can easily fool the young engineer looking for joining the work force. Lot of biases during the recruitment .The Senior Engineers ( Like Mr Suhan an actor part time ) looks like they have been taken with the relationship and not considering the Technical Skills which he/she brings to the table . They tend to get an easy get entry and also in the good books
