      Pros

      Mature product ( Data Centre Infrastructure Management ) and fairly established in this space. Seem to come out well on Gartner and other analysts reports.

      Cons

      revolving door for anything sales related and content management change. DCIM has had some success but the space itself has never really hit the big time.

      Good work life balance really nice people, great team, always happy to help multi-cultural

      Cons

      Very little career progression, you will end up doing the same work/role for ages No appreciation, recognition from manager no overtime is appreciated or paid

      Some very talented people, open to new suggestions and tools to improve on the targets.

      Cons

      No proper chats about career development and some very bad advice given to new starters. Be more clear to the staff about goals
