      Great team of experts employed for projects, great offices in Mexico (WeWork offices)

      Cons

      Core values are false, no growth opportunities, no leadership, no acknowledgment of an expert's opinion or a job well done, founder takes credit for himself, no idea what they want and no business plan, constantly firing people, bad benefits, former employees and current ones constantly complaining about management. Constant extra hours (not paid) and weekends working due to bad planning.
