      Payment in dollars and remote-first company.

      Cons

      When the time to renew my contract came, there was uncertainty if the customer would like to do it, then the manager asked if I'd like to switch projects, and I said yes. Still, the customer said they would like to renew my contract, and then the manager behaved as if the conversation about the move from the current project had never happened.
