      The most caring and giving staff workers.

      Cons

      The pay is poor. There are employees that have 4 yr degrees working for just over minimum wage. This use to be compensated with vacation and sick time, both have been cut. The work is difficult and the current atomsphere is stressful.

      Zero, Zilch, None...unless you like low (or no) pay, bad benefits, poor management, inept business plans, low morale, and a completely lifeless yet paranoid work environment.

      Cons

      See above. NorthKey was effective and had a pretty good reputation in the community before the current CEO took over in about 2008. It was a decent place with decent pay and great people. Not any longer. Only the most desperate, unlucky, scared, or masochistic employees remain.

      Big believer in mental health and glad someone is willing to provide services on a sliding scale fee to help those at need

      Cons

      Most of the jobs you do a lot of work, but don't get the pay for the time and effort involved.
