      Valuable industry exposure but inconsistent expectations

      Pros

      Great exposure to different industries and different types of projects.

      Cons

      Expectations constantly changing, different feedback on the same pieces of work depending on person, young team and quick promotions which could be a pro but also can create power dynamics.

      Supportive of new and working parents; parental leave and flexible working arrangements. Most people have a can-do attitude; part of the culture.

      Cons

      Internal procedures and job roles not well captured. Changes not well communicated and implemented across the business. Relies heavily on self management and self responsibility to understand priorities.
