      Pros

      New cars, equipment, and technology. Another pro is the supportive community.

      Cons

      Disconnect between the top and line staff. Irrational and bipolar managerial decision making. Very clear picture for older staff, that many at the top have “political” agendas. Retention for this City’s staff has been an issue for the last 10 years.

      It used to be the job security, but that no longer exists. They were a lot of layoffs in 2010.

      Cons

      The network and software are outdated, but that's to be expected of a low funded city government
