Pros

Passionate people Salaries Teammates Industry and Customers

Cons

CEO is a toxic leader and no one will do anything about it Lack of transparency and disorganized from the top down C-level who will never think critically or look outside of their own old approach. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and they are not realizing the fact that all the strong people have left, are leaving or were pushed out. 4 Leaders left without having another job lined up, that tells you want you need to know

Thank you for sharing your candid feedback. We recognize your frustration and the challenges you experienced during your time with us. While we respect each person’s lived experience, we also want to ensure we remain factual in how we address these concerns. Organizational change is part of any company’s evolution, particularly in fast-growing startups where mandates shift as the business scales. At times, people and organizations outgrow one another, leading to resignations or terminations—this is a natural part of a five-year-old company’s cycle in hypergrowth. We are fortunate to have a talented group of individuals at Novisto and take pride in supporting their growth, whether that means advancing within the organization or pursuing new opportunities elsewhere. Out of respect for people’s privacy, we do not disclose details of individual departures, but we can confirm that leadership transitions are handled constructively and with professionalism. Regarding the comments about our CEO, we want to be clear: we do not tolerate toxic leadership at Novisto. As the leader of the organization, our CEO has high expectations and challenges the team to do their best work. This drive comes from a place of commitment for the mission, our customers, and our people. He is well-intentioned, kind, and actively committed to growing as a leader while ensuring that employees are supported in their own growth. The Novisto of today, following recent leadership changes, is marked by alignment, collaboration, and unity within the executive team and beyond. Our leaders are working closely with our CEO toward shared success, while acknowledging that no organization is perfect and that improvement is always possible. We take employee feedback seriously, and we act when concerns are raised. Toxicity is not tolerated in our culture, and we have taken decisive measures when necessary to protect our values. We remain committed to building and sustaining a “One Team” culture—one that values collaboration, provides space for growth, and enables our people to do their best work in a positive environment.
