Really good culture. People are passionate about their work and super friendly, inclusive and helpful

Cons

There is more of a move to office attendance more regularly, which can sometimes be difficult with finding on site parking or desks amongst team members

Manipulative. False in terms of mentoring schemes and progression - if you've been on maternity leave you're left on the sidelines, goodbye career! Quite sexist and you only get on if your face fits. Lack of car parking,

We are disappointed to hear that your view of working for HCUK does not match the 86% of employees who “recommend HCUK as a great place to work” (anonymous employee engagement survey June 2017). Hitachi seems great at first. Nice people. Nice office. It all seems nice.

Cons

Over time toy realise the nice is a shield. No one is being honest, and the caring is just a mask.
