Pros
Nulab is all about collaboration as they built collaborative apps for businesses. We have fun when we work and most teams (both Japanese and non-Japanese) are in a virtual setting across the world. The founders are pretty laid back bosses who encourage new ideas and experimentations.
Cons
The language barrier is evident at times because most employees are Japanese-speakers and have hard time understand English-speakers (vice versa).
