      Pros

      This place does provide a very important benefit to its clients in the greater Seattle area.

      Cons

      Lots of gossip and singling out. Be prepared to have all the negative reviews while here, and don't expect much positive to come from both management and coworkers.

      Pros

      Really great mission. They do provide help and an important service. It could be very fulfilling work. The clients are often really wonderful.

      Cons

      Main manager is very disagreeable and petty. A lot of gossip and passive aggressive comments tear down morale. Owners micromanage but then also become nonresponsive when feedback is requested.

      Owners care about employees. They believe in family first. Flexible time off.

      Cons

      Smaller company so does not offer benefit perks of bigger corporations but makes up for it in other areas.
