      - Despite the outward message and individual strengths, it seems that everyone seeks their personal goals and hype, likely seeking to add more acronyms to their resumes, regardless of what is good for the client or the company. - Huge reliance on few major clients - No job security to speak of. It's not only about not doing too well but also about doing too well ("get voted off the island") or lack of immediate client after an engagement ends.
