      Less than minimum wage in Santa Clara Holding employees hostage with work visas Working from 9am to 11pm with no dinner Tiny "office" with no safe distancing practices False promises of growth and benefits They target recent graduates or international students who cannot find jobs to take advantage of them Expects you to be available at all times (11pm - 2am)

      seeks free labor by hiring newly graduated students and not pay them and offers possibly lowest pay for full-time employees pressures you to work pass midnight even during weekends on various occasions or you will be marginalized very traditional low-budget , chinese run start-up company with terrible management style and work culture filled with meaningless meetings multiple times every week (more if the boss feels like it)
