Work is very interesting and you can develop your technical skills. Great colleagues and team lead. You can change your field of working (instead of maintenance you can go to production or design, depending on the vancancies and your background). Health insurance.

You are just a number to the organization and don't expect any soon raises in salary, even if you have a good performance. Little training.

Great place to start and learn. The company pays the Healthcare plan for the employer and 50% of the cost for its family.

Bad salary progression. The company spends too much money on unnecessary things instead of giving employees better working conditions and salaries.
