Pros
Business Development role doesn't require office visits whatsoever. Full Work from Home, no pressure to participate in office activities. Good pay for a entry level employee.
Cons
Very stressful environment for work from home employees. Very high expectations even with minimal experience and training. Must work in Night Shifts (5pm - 2am IST) Video must be on at all times on teams with only 1 hour break for Dinner during which video can be off. Extreme pressure from management on freshers, will be brutal if KYIs are not achieved. The managers in higher position will not take any feedbacks and if feedbacks are given they will not be taken into consideration. If feed backs are given during HR Quarterly Review Sessions, they will directly go and tell the managers and the managers will put even more pressure on the employees who give feedbacks. (Note: These are only for personal feedbacks and feedbacks on management style)
