      Pros

      Excellent work-life balance, diverse portfolio of products, many opportunities etc.

      Cons

      There are multiple management layers, and some teams work on emerging technologies while some others are relegated to maintaining legacy products on outdated code base. Do your research before joining the company.

      Pros

      There are a lot of smart people there and there is a a lot of very technical and challenging work.

      Cons

      They are a company that hasn't seemed to keep up with the times. They haven't adapted to new software processes, new languages, new SCM tools, or anything in the world of software development. They also are too slow to let go of underperforming engineers.
