      1. Management only cares about their money and success. 2. Fake talking by management about family and hard work but aren’t into sharing the success with the employees. 3. Bad culture leading to zero commitment of employees. 4. Employees changing all the time. 5. Toxic environment

      - Promising product - Getting real interest from industry movers

      Cons

      - Management does not seem sincere in making improvements to the actual hardware - Empty promises made to clients and there are examples of clients being led to believe the system is capable of certain functionalities but it clearly cannot perform such functions (i.e. misselling) - Treats employees poorly especially those outside of Head Office with double standards - Hires a lot of friends and relatives into the company
