Pros

Staff - ground level staff are all hard working dedicated employees and pull together to get the job done. These are the guys who are keeping the organisation going no matter what

Cons

The company has been going downhill slowly but surely in the past few years. The people who know and understand the products as well as those who have been dealing with the customers know what is going on, but management seem to know it all, without any feedback from those people who actually do know. More and more people are leaving whether through redundancies or to better opportunities, these people are rarely replaced and so it pushes more work onto individuals, and there is no management appreciation, just more negativity because things are falling through the cracks. The company has been broken apart and has been asked to do the impossible. It's a real shame because with more thought and actual consultation with staff things could be so much better.

Pros

The products are lifesaving and have a long history/tradition

Cons

Everything, especially the lack of management support, communication. Basically closing down the site, and killing the brands. Investing in management, but not in lower grade staff

Pros

Colleagues are friendly and real team spirit and pulling together

Cons

The company has been ripped apart over the last few years with higher management not listening to alternative changes that could be made to meet the future. Feeling of an uphill battle with no direction or decisions being made. Pushing more work onto individuals. The company has been broken apart and has been asked to do the impossible. It's a real shame because with more thought, changes could have been made with out the stress and would have met what is now the end goal.
