      direct communication between different departments

      very unclear expectations, management is too casual about training and is poorly structured in their communication about progress and what is expected at different points in time management in general is way too casual and illusive about things and makes workplace seem like something it is not

      - kitchen - free breakfast/lunch served about 5x a month - fairly easy to get time off - amazing colleagues - bonuses on holidays

      - little to no structure, unorganized - poor training/management - unrealistic deadlines

      benefits: gym membership, good people

      Cons

      management has created a hostile and unhealthy work environment. very toxic work culture. would not recommend working in purchasing dept. compensation is too low to work required, must be available at all times, work flow is not manageable
