- WORST MANAGEMENT. - Especially current Sr. Project Manager (Vile, Arrogant, Unprofessional) of the company who is currently handling the company on the behalf of muted CEO. - Your work won't be appreciated. - You will be getting an unnecessary task or no task because right now company neither have projects to work on nor good developers because all good employee's already left this company and others are searching for good opportunity soon company only have those employees who won't be able to find any opportunity outside. - "No Appraisal" as the company recently changed its so-called Policy which changes day by day. - The company doesn't have the budget to give your appraisal right now so forget about the Incentive, Rewards, Outing, Picnics, Parties, and Activities. you can only expect FAKE promises from Sr. Project Manager. - HR tries every time to arrange something good refreshments for the employee, but they are failed every time because miser management does not show their interest. As they don't have a budget more than 1K(LOL). - Huge politics started now you will be considered good at work if you are good at licking and can spend 12-14 hours of your day in the office. - Lots of blame game like if anything went wrong PM, TL(except 1 or 2) start blaming on developers they don't even have the guts to take responsibilities as a leader, cowards I would say and at the end developer has to suffer.

1.Bad level politics. 2.Appraisal are not depending on your work, its depending on your relation with managers. 3.Mangers are cheat with clients. And get extra dollars. 4.Tracking your screen and daily activities. 5.Working with 10 hours. 6.Working in bad environment, with Recording screen and daily activity software. 7.You can come with your girlfriend also for doing some romance in break time. 8.Not allowed non veg .... Its pure veg IT company. 9. All project managers are come from one of the shut down IT company. 10.All Saturday working for fresher's.
