I have worked at Oceanos for five years and hope to retire here! Oceanos offers a great balance by maintaining the intimate feel of a small business while consistently expanding each year. It is a welcome, positive environment that fosters employee’s individual growth and creative input. The founder leads by example and treats everyone with fairness and respect with an open door policy management style. You feel valued and appreciated for your hard work. Once you join you do not leave – the turnover rate is almost non-existent! I am very grateful to be part of the Oceanos family especially during such an exciting time of growth and expansion!
