The company really cares about their employees, especially in terms of individual growth.

Cons

Since it's a scale-up, the company doesn't necessarily have set growth paths for the role, which may make it difficult for someone who doesn't know how and where they want to grow. But if you have an idea, the company is very supportive in this process.
