Pros
They will offer you a handsome salary hike. - Kudos!!! and this is the 'TRAP' You will learn how to sustain in negative environment also would learn how to handle weird tantrums of senior management.
Cons
Project Planning /Process - Company Culture - Pathetic Mangers & People. Do not expect any professionalism from these guys. There is no project planning or proper business requirement gathering from client. As constant design and development changes happen and if you are not able to complete the given work in next 24 hours you might get selected in firing list, UX team is not at all capable to understand ’Security & Networking Domain Complexity’.They will repeat the same design patterns and layouts which is already followed by a client’s competitor product, or some old school standards. There are no new learnings or personal growth for a designer. “Hire and fire” is the only policy they follow from beginning.Worst thing is they even fire you before you start working - recently they had hired Senior technical person from well-renowned MNC. He had done all the resignation process with his previous organisation and just before a week of his joining these guys decided not to recruit him. So please don’t play with your career for such backstabbers. Please don’t get surprised, if suddenly one day your office account gets closed by your management team and the next day you will get a termination letter. They just don’t care if you are the first employee and working with them from the beginning. Employee Firing ratio - Minimum 2 people every quarter. (Total team size - 09 People) Work life balance - Zero, once you join Ogee, the Indian director will start treating you like as if they have hired a ‘Housemaid’ and if there is no work assigned for you then don’t get surprised if they tell you to clean office windows. in their words -“At the end we are paying you” Office timings are very strict - If you are not able to make office at sharp 9.30 am then the director will find any stupid reason to yell at you.Office leaving time is not fixed - if you are a developer you will go home twice in a week and end up with working sleepless nights and attending roaring calls.
