On paper it should be incredible. There’s great funding in place.. on paper.

Cons

No value or respect to their staff. A strategy that changes every three minutes and no understanding of how to actually execute. Management that are so scared to push back to senior leaders and leaders that don’t listen to their employees if something is unrealistic. Employees so desperate to impress the executive board they will ignore anything to look good. Including ethical practises. A total disregard for employee culture.

Management won’t listen, everything driven by numbers with appallingly slow approvals processes. Outdated technology. No consideration of opportunity cost. Inexperienced Senior management don’t care about staff or drivers. Dishonest. Miserable work culture.
