      Pros

      HR is Good & a Motivated Guy. Management will shout first and then they will hear your explanation. Good for Freshers. Good Tech Officer, but temperamental

      Cons

      CEO & CTO are Both Good & Bad typical mindset of Managers/GM/CEO/TO no scope to learn & you'll be on production without any training/KT/Intro less pay, no details of how your pay was revised. Senior management will shout on you. its like school
