Cons

Where to start - Salary is often paid late - No commission, lots of regions perform badly - No communication with management. For example served three months notice period, zero contact with manager. Not even a call on the last day to say goodbye. - Little or no support unless managers think it will enhance their own standing. - Absolutely no job prospects. Not even worth using it as a stepping stone. - It will damage career- no sales

Pros

This is a new level of management. Every manager started from entry level. I see people get promoted every other week and expand to new offices. People travel a lot to visit and share information. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are delighted to hear about your positive experience of working at Omada. You are right that our management team is often promoted from within. We here at Omada value how much training and mentoring we put into every employee -- and we work hard to keep that talent in-house. Our international outlook means that our management team need to become flexible experts rapidly, and career growth is a natural output of our inter-connected teams.

We are sorry to learn about your bad experience. At Omada we work hard to continuously improve our new hire onboarding process which currently consists of a central one week onboarding program followed by department specific training. In most teams the manager of a new hire have several check ins per week to ensure there is enough support and guidance.
