Pros
The people here, either new or seasoned, are what make this company what it is. Most are passionate not only about their functions/position but about what OnForce is trying to accomplish. The culture is laid back and flexible, allowing the opportunity to work and play. Personal accountability and overcoming challenges have provided professional growth for many over the past 6 months and will definitely continue long-term.
Cons
Previous lack of communication is steadily improving. There isn't much opportunity for outside training, other than tuition reimbursement programs.
