Employee’s willing to adapt and learn Since merger of KJMC, BHMCNY and IMC there have been many issues and union faces many challenges trying to mediate and resolve certain issues between employees and management. However, delegates are trying to bridge the gab between employees- management alike. Advocating on trying to bring fourth a positive work environment and fairness.. Employees feel a sense of entitlement!!!
Cons
Work culture is not always the greatest. Employees don’t like change and have many interpersonal issues amongst each other- disrespectful approach and disgruntled management staff
