Good benefits, attendance bonus, incentives throughout the year and many charity events.

Cons

Communication is lacking between management and higher ups. Non-customer facing roles tend to have less respect in terms of work put in.

Pros

Hard work is always recognised within the workplace, great bonuses, great leadership courses COE, fantastic managers and trainers, plenty of overtime. good practices and procedures. Monthly incentives for teams and individuals. Great support for peoples wellbeing, The people that work here become more than colleagues.

Cons

Pay, the wages for some the basic pay is not enough especially for what they do, Sometimes it can be hard for people to meet bonuses, sometimes it can be a little unrealistic for targets.

Everyone puts 100% effort on the job, the people I work with are always working with me and support me. Company benefits are ones I actually use also which is great
