Pros

This company has flexible timings.

Cons

It's a toxic organization to be honest. People are very insecure about themselves and thus, they do not accept the new joiners as their team members. People are so unprofessional that they comment on "how did the interviewer even select you" quite openly and make sarcastic statements about the same and that too without any guilt or shame. They really think too high of themselves and their so called "knowledge" which is nothing but, sheer arrogance. For anyone to work peacefully in an organization, it's important to have a good working environment but, this organization does not have this agenda anywhere in their list and no one even cares to give it a thought. Their bells don't ring on the fact that twice the number of people are leaving the company as compared to the joiners. HR is a pointless position here as they do not care about their jobs and I feel do not even have the amount of authority their designation usually holds. They can hardly do the welcome emails for the new joiners. So, it's obvious that they won't be of any use for such issues. I have actually heard and seen how few employees think that women are not as good engineers as men. It was heights of unprofessionalism for me.

Pros

There are some brilliant minds and pleasant people here to work with if you are lucky enough. The company as a whole has a lot of ambition to grow in numbers and expand what is possible in the Supply Chain industry.

Cons

In their attempt for rapid growth, rather than fixing the existing issues, a lot of really important aspects of the software development lifecycle are grossly out of date. Expect to manually deploy apps to any development stage (whether it is to QA or Production) and get stuck on a weekend fixing an easily avoidable issue if installing the apps was automated. Expect to manually manipulate database schemas on non-production environments, and only deploy to production twice a year, which of course brings its fair share of problems when a change made months ago comes back to bite you. If you are new to the field, expect zero formal training on their tech, and prepare to be tossed around as help is needed to fix issues that you will barely understand. They recently relocated a lot of the team to a new building and it is a major downgrade in quality.
