1. Will get Salary Timely 2. Friendly Environment. 3. Good Admin Team. 4. Can learn all phasess of software development.

Cons

1. Have to work in old xml Based Framework and in old jsp. (recently they have focused on angular for frontend) 2. Have to wait for the senior response as the framework is custom and old.

The company offers the fantastic benefit of working from home. This has allowed me to balance my personal and professional life more effectively, saving commute time and reducing stress. The flexibility in working hours is another huge plus. The team here is extremely supportive and collaborative. Even though we are geographically dispersed, everyone is always willing to lend a hand or provide guidance when needed.

Cons

Since our interactions are mostly work-focused, employees often miss out on getting to know each other on a personal level.
