      Pros

      Can have nice people, benefits were nice.

      Cons

      Most stressful work environment I've ever worked at. CEO has issues with bullying employees but tries really hard to make himself seem cool. He has a hard time understanding people's feeling and quick to judge. The business was a mess while I was there and I would highly recommend that no one applies here. All departments I had observed had a lot of issues.

      Pros

      This company has wonderful employees and leadership. It has a very friendly and welcoming small company atmosphere. Employees are treated very well and have a lot of flexibility.

      Cons

      Since it is a smaller company, adaptability is key. It is very go with the flow, and figure out on the run. Which can be a positive for many people who do not like very tight restrictions and structure.
