Pros
The challenge of a startup (probably also a con) give lots of opportunities to make a difference.
Cons
There is high turnover, mostly due to the stress of working at a startup. They have changed directions several times in search of the "working" business model / exit strategy. Management isn't as honest, expeirenced or as qualified as they claim.
