      Pros

      I didn’t have chance to know what does it men: toxic employee. Because none of my colleagues isn’t. Even if you failed you didn’t have to hide it or put the blame on someone else, you could confess having much more chances to fix situation.

      Cons

      I wish I could never say that: but it’s in Russia and it’s affected by the political situation because it’s a travel company…
