Pay, Talented Team, Flexibility, HR Staff awesome. Great product and market fit.

Cons

This organization is small. Blunt honesty is preached, and practiced. However, to do so you need to be one of the original members. You will be fired without notice, cause, and the COO will use the “at will” excuse. No warning of subpar presence or issue will be raised. You will just be released without cause. There are people in the org that are at lower levels but personal friends with the CEO, so don’t communicate or make friends with anyone. Do your job, don’t share your opinion, and head down!

Cons

The VPs for Product and Engineering both left within a few months of each other. Now, the Product team is being led by fear, with people suddenly "leaving the company" overnight and no real explanation. Even over on the CR side, I'm starting to feel the effects of all that stress.

- Most of the rank and file are good people - Remote - Work is easy and just glorified babysitting

Cons

- Numerous documented incidents of workers fired with no reasoning - Generally clueless leadership with little to no business experience running a SaaS company - Comp and benefits are way below industry standard - Product is very mediocre and can’t stand on its own. The whole business model relies on having multiple full time employees at each command to force use. Extremely likely that Palantir will replace Onebrief - Lack of clear direction and generally unorganized. The company is almost totally reactive to problems and doesn’t know how to properly plan ahead. The only “strategy” is focused on renewals and expansions
