      Positive and friendly atmosphere. CEO knows staff by name!

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling needs. They believe in family comes first! Everyone knows you by name even if you think they don't know who you are. It's a nice family atmosphere.

      Cons

      Have to "wear many hats" because it is a small organization. Sometimes, there is much work to be done and not enough hours in the day or staff to complete it.

      Small hometown community wit care close to home. OHC is trying to forge their way through tough times, but things are very difficult for everyone in healthcare.

      Cons

      There is absolutley no accountability in the organization.
