Be VERY cautious when being hired by Ontivity, their HR reps do not seem to fully grasp the regulations of their divisions.

The randomly take away 401k matching. They randomly cut your pay. Annual reviews usually happen a few months late. They preach safety but hate paying for safe equipment. Its way to corporate for a blue collar job. 50 white collar “executives” work in an office but have never seen a cell tower before.
