      Great starting pay, standard benefits

      Cons

      Discrepancies between Ontivity HR and Legacy HR leads to mass confusion on the regular, and incorrect information was provided during the hiring procedure. Be VERY cautious when being hired by Ontivity, their HR reps do not seem to fully grasp the regulations of their divisions.

      Only basics: competitive initial pay compared to other competitors and holidays

      Cons

      The company is sidelining its employees in favor of profit—cutting the 401k match with no commitment to bring it back, offering no real growth opportunities, and refusing to budget for even basic needs like client lunches, team outings, or per diem while on site.

      Pros

      Not much going on here. Home most weekend but thats about it.

      Cons

      The randomly take away 401k matching. They randomly cut your pay. Annual reviews usually happen a few months late. They preach safety but hate paying for safe equipment. Its way to corporate for a blue collar job. 50 white collar “executives” work in an office but have never seen a cell tower before.
