Pros
•freedom to decorate your classroom pretty much the way you want. •I had the most amazing assistant director while I worked there. •loved the curriculum.
Cons
The center tries to put off the small business “family” type feel but the owners are genuinely the worst. The owners will also attempt to gaslight you into believing they are the best center in town and that they really do care. The pay is whack if you aren’t college educated- experience doesn’t matter, feels very classist. They work you like a horse till you’re so burnt out you don’t want to be in childcare. Also their admin are very unprofessional at dealing with ANY conflict.
