      Pros

      - steep learning curve - work never gets boring as things change fast - teams truly work in and as teams - I've built meaningful friendships already even though I've only been at OpenUp for a couple of months and work remotely - My manager trusts me fully and I can work very independently

      Cons

      - OpenUp doesn't offer a lot of benefits yet. For now people who work from the Amsterdam office get the most benefits (daily lunch, NS card,..)
