      Pros

      I've been working at Oppero for the last 3 months and it has been a great experience. The people are a fantastic bunch, some of the most driven and positive people I've met in a long time. They've created an atmosphere that is supportive with a touch of competitiveness, so you're always motivated to do your best work! I couldn't be happier to have the chance to work here.

      Cons

      Not your usual 9-5 job. Be prepared to work hard and put in the extra effort to really make the most of it.

      Pros

      I enjoy the encouragement and hands on coaching from the management. The team is fun and upbeat. Being part of a growing company that invests in training and development is refreshing.

      Cons

      It's not easy to learn the training program at first. You have to work hard and the hours are long. Time does go by fast as it is an intense and fun work place but you have to be ready to put in the time.

      Pros

      Personal development is something they value more than almost anything else. The environment is fun but very dedicated environment; the management team doesn't support slackers but they know how to be supportive and have a fun while making everyone feel apart of the team right away.

      Cons

      Some miscommunication sometimes but that happens everywhere. It’s not your typical 9-5 job, you work until the job is done!
