Pros
Working at OpsWerks was generally a good experience for me. I learned a lot in terms of devops and cloud and their training helped me build a strong technical foundation. Pay was competitive and benefits were okay. Most of the people I worked with were easy to get along with. Company events also helped create a friendly environment. Overall, it’s a good place to learn and improve your skills especially when you're just starting in a career in tech.
Cons
The workload was demanding, but this high-pressure environment provided excellent opportunities to accelerate learning and take on meaningful responsibilities that directly contributed to the company's success.
