Small company, great opportunities for travel, some very experienced scientists, with some cool clients and interesting technology
Cons
Fundamentally good technology laden with technical debt and incoherent software/tooling led to a very frustrating working style. The company wished to be all things to all people, leading to splintered technical development.

Free coffee. Decent toilet facilities.
Cons
The place makes you miserable. Treated like a resource and not a valued employee. Very few leaders- lots of bosses. Zero company culture - just get the job done. Understaffed and the staff that do work there are under-trained &/or overworked.
