Way too many ....... here they are... 1. Unprofessional management team - hire (make him work like slaves) and fire(throw him to the streets after being used). Lots of employees were shown the doors just to make sure they have money to pay the management idiots 2. Dumb management team - they cannot even see and retain talent 3. Management team is there to make money and not make careers for its employees 4. Employees give their heart out to make projects successful but at the end of the day, management enjoy the bonuses rightfully belonging to the employees 5. It's quite evident about the management's lack of ability as they only have a couple of clients who are with them ever since the company was founded. No new projects. 6. Very short term vision. 7. Mid-management guys were supposed to be in politics. They make you work like slaves while in their projects and as others have pointed out, once you leave their project, they do not even recognize you. They walk past you as if they never knew you. List can go on and on and on and on .......... forever Please, please do not join this company. Don't you find it so very evident when no company goes to glassdoor to post a response to an employees rant. These people do and it shows they are actively trying to post fake reviews by themselves to lure employees by portraying a false picture.

"opteamix is for SomeBody and opteamix is for NoBody" : SomeBody : who will influence others and rub their opinions into minds of others, control, compliments. who will decide the career and professional fate of employees. who will always be in Safe side position Many high positioned people, Tech leads will take their Personal revenges in Professional life of others. NoBody : Blindly believing & accepting Top level managers, tech leads decisions/opinions. who will agree with Crowd opinions. 1) Fooling people with showing hope & desire of "ONSITE". 2) Regarding allocation into projects, they hire and rotate in multiple support projects 3) Only one development microservices project is available. To get good name in this project work day and night, compromise/ruin your personal life by YOURSELF. If you see at your monthly timechart, only Work will be visible in it. Management will throw biscuits at them with team outing, lunch and trips. All other projects are the Supporting projects in Java & Dotnet :- It will be career suicide if you work in those projects with small enhancements, bug fixing. There is nothing to learn in this projects. you should be very smooth, loyal to get benefited & help from teammates. But Management will promise you that your career will be taken care by them. 4) To resign & coming out with your experience is a very highly challenging task. 5) Hike : 1) comparison with your experience level in different projects. 2) If you ask for raising hike, management will cheat you by assigning with next Level of Designation. But company will NOT try to Increase your hike. 3) Last, they tell to leave the company. so that they can get many candidates from outside. Company will see only few points : what is your dependency in your project and how much income will it be generated from you (Billability). 6) Flirting with Girls : The managers, tech lead and seniors behave as they like. Irrespective of age groups & marital status, they do fishing for girls. Give some training to them for not to behave like they become the King. 7) Bitter Truth : Innovative manager will be grouped up with 3 'P' persons. They work in back ground to influence others and fix their opinions in others minds. They enjoys on Backside Discussion of employees personal matters. Entire Game show will be run by this "FOXES". 8) NO work life balance. Horrible work life. 9) Too much internal "Politics". Poor management and micro management is more. Lot of partiality All above points are bitter truths which made many to leave out of this company!!!

We have worked hard to make all of our practices transparent, but I’m going to review this with our leadership team to see where we can do better. Pros

The only pros is you might get a few good friends to make along the way

Cons

Way too many: 1. No vision. 2. No employee career orientation 3. Management is biased and favouritism is rampant 4. Favourites get to take everything - from positions to promotions 5. People who have slogged for years too are denied promotions 6. Low employee morale 7. You can expect to miss your colleague the next day at work - you know what I mean 8. HR which is supposed to have genuine interest in employees welfare and career aspirations is least bothered about its own function The list can go on and on.....
